I am a Washington DUI Lawyer with more than 23 years of legal experience in the DUI and traffic ticket realm and several years as a prosecuting attorney. I have successfully defended thousands of cases and am the author of more than 25 DUI and Legal books. I pride myself in aggressive advocacy and superior results. I have a creative approach to defending those accused of driving under the influence that leads to most DUI cases being successfully resolved prior to trial. I deal with clients in a compassionate and honest manner. I truly understand how serious a charge of DUI is and how much an improved outcome means to you. Please call me if you have been charged with DUI or any misdemeanor crime. All consultations are complimentary.
I was born in Melbourne, Australia and lived there until the age of 12. I then moved with my family to Calgary, Canada until the day I left for Law School in Illinois (in 1994). I previously have lived in Seattle (briefly) and then Mukilteo for 15 years. I now proudly call Bellingham my home.
The most important thing to me is my family. Outside of work, spending time with them gives me the most pleasure. I also enjoy traveling, photography and cars. In my (much) younger years I was actively involved in many sports, including representing Canada in Australian Rules Football (2002 World Cup) and participated in 6 North American Championships representing Seattle. I now love skiing with my son.
