The Law Firm of David N. Jolly was formed with the belief that a new type of law firm was needed in today’s day and age. Our vision centers on providing outstanding results gained from an experienced team of professionals with personal attention to the client and uncompromising integrity. More than just words, every attorney, paralegal, and staff member at the Law Firm of David N. Jolly is dedicated to meeting the needs of the client. Our service to the client is what differs from most of the local law firms. After all, this is a service industry and the care for our clients is of paramount importance. From the beginning, we provide handouts and books that no other criminal defense firm offers. Every meeting provides ample time to discuss the case in its entirety and moreover, a written summary of the case is provided to every client at our first meeting to review the police report. We know how we would like to be treated and therefore, this is how we treat our clients.

The history of the Firm dates back to 2004.  In that year David decided that his then 8 years of experience as a prosecutor and in a private law firm gave him the necessary foundation to start representing clients as a private practitioner. The Law Firm opened its doors in Mukilteo in 2004 and then added a second office in Skagit County in 2005.  In 2012 the Law Firm purchased a building in downtown Everett directly across the road from the Snohomish County court house. Six months of hard labor later, the County's best law office was finished.  Unfortunately, the Snohomish County government had other plans and less than 2 years later the office building was taken by eminent domain by the County, forcing the Law Firm to relocate to another office in downtown Everett. However, true to form the County only took possession of the building after a one year legal battle. The Law Firm has always fought to protect the rights of their clients and this new challenge forced the Law Firm to protect itself.  Ultimately the County did the opposite of what they declared as their intent and did not build a courthouse but took over the building we owned and used it for administrative purposes.  Such is the government!

After a few years of becoming leaders in the legal community in Snohomish County, the Law Firm relocated it's offices to both Bellingham and Mt. Vernon and are proud to play active roles in both legal communities and the local Whatcom and Skagit Communities as a whole.
